Stretch into Summer: Yoga and Meditation In-Person
Does the end of the semester have you feeling stiff and tight - well, we’ve got you! Join NYU Libraries for a 75 minute all level Yoga class where we will focus on stretchy postures to loosen and relax your body. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all bodies. We will then proceed to some breathwork and meditation to provide a sense of steadiness and calm. We finish up with some restful and restorative poses to leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to stretch into summer!
Come wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move and bend.
A limited number of yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Brian Liem has practiced yoga and meditation with devotion, humor, and compassion for over twenty years. Brian has earned over 500 RYT hours, and taught numerous workshops, conferences, retreats, and trainings.
