Mindful Connections - Tea Meditation In-Person

When you are drinking a cup of tea, you are not drinking the projects you have to finish up or the upcoming exams you have to study for, you are allowing things to slow down and embracing the present moment.  Join us for a 30 minute meditation where we will engage our senses and focus on the experience of drinking a cup of tea in community.

In the spirit of sustainability, participants are encouraged to bring a reusable cup or mug.  Tea, hot water and eco-friendly cups will be provided.  If tea is not your beverage of choice, you are welcome to bring your preferred hot or cold beverage to meditate on.
