Using NYU HPC Effectively In-Person
This tutorial follows on from “Tutorial 2: Getting Started in the NYU HPC environment”
In this session we will work through some aspects of real HPC workflows, including as submitting and managing collections of almost-identical
jobs (job arrays), workflows with job dependencies, how to determine what resources to request and some tips for managing and sharing data.
Before attending this class you should be comfortable with the HPC Unix environment and with writing and submitting a basic job script.
