NYU Reads Zine-making Workshop In-Person

Join NYU Libraries for a fun and crafty Zine making workshop.  Zines (pronounced “zeens”) are small, self-made, publications that can be about anything.  If you are new to zine-making, we will have a brief "how-to" demo throughout the workshop. For this workshop, we invite you to explore the themes in the NYU Reads Book, Stay True by Hua Hsu, or to reflect upon Banned Books Week.  Although we offer themes for the workshop, we encourage you to let your creativity shine.  All materials will be provided.  No experience with zines necessary!  Light refreshments will be available.
