Mindfulness Moment Meditation In-Person
When we are mindful, deeply in touch with the present moment, our understanding of what is going on deepens, and we begin to be filled with acceptance, joy, peace and love - Thich Nhat Hanh. Take a mindfulness moment and join us in community for a series of 30-minute meditation sessions where we will explore the practice of meditation. Learn techniques that will help you to center yourself to stay focused and grounded as you navigate through the semester.
