LSEG Workspace Hands On Functionality Online

This event is part of the Global Business & Economics Data Workshop Series, a 17-part series offered online across NYU's three global sites from September 22-26th. See below for important details on preparation for each session and a breakdown of the times that this event will occur at NYU's global sites.

Description:
Join us for an interactive session designed to help you explore the full potential of LSEG Workspace. We’ll dive into key modules like real-time News, earnings Transcripts, ESG insights, and General Markets data—showing you how to navigate and apply them in your daily workflows. Through live demos and mini challenges, you’ll learn how to extract insights, compare ESG scores, and track market movements with ease.

We’ll also introduce powerful add-ons: AMR for exclusive broker research, SDC for comprehensive deal data, and Datastream for macroeconomic time series analysis. Whether you're building reports, analysing trends, or supporting clients, this session will equip you with practical skills and shortcuts to work smarter.
Expect hands-on activities, real use cases, and plenty of time for Q&A. Perfect for new users or anyone looking to deepen their Workspace expertise.

Preparation: Please apply for and set up your LSEG Workspace account before the workshop. An individual account is required to log in, and processing takes 7–10 business days.
