Restorative Yoga with Gaby Garcia In-Person

What is restorative yoga? Restorative yoga, also called gentle yoga, is a style of yoga designed to relax, restore, and rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit. At its core, restorative yoga is a practice of passive healing.

Take a break and join us for a free beginner friendly Restorative Yoga class led by Gaby Garcia, our Student Success Librarian! This event will be in-person in LC433 of Dibner Library and will include a session to make your own essential oil to use during yoga.
