Take a mindfulness moment and join us in community as you prepare for encountering the Empathy Museum’s interactive display, A Mile in My Shoes at NYU Paulson Center. In this 30-minute session, we will explore the practice of mindful listening in preparation for encountering the inspiring stories of our neighbors at NYU and beyond. Learn techniques that will help you to center yourself to stay focused and grounded, as well as deepen your experience with the exhibition and its profound messages. Presented by the Engagement Department at NYU Libraries.
