Mindfulness Moment at Bobst In-Person

“Loving-kindness and compassion are the basis for wise, powerful, sometimes gentle, and sometimes fierce actions that can really make a difference – in our own lives and those of others.” — Sharon Salzberg

Take a mindfulness moment and join us in community for a series of 30-minute meditation sessions where we will explore the practice of meditation.  Our practice this semester will be centered on using objects: plants, tea, rocks, as a point of focus and contemplation. The sessions will offer you techniques that will help you to center yourself to stay focused and grounded as you navigate through the semester.

These sessions are part of an ongoing series of community meditations that will happen throughout the semester.  Please check the Library Events calendar for our upcoming sessions.
