From Footnote to Finding Aid In-Person

This workshop will teach you how to analyze citations in journal articles and books to locate primary sources. We will also briefly discuss the role secondary sources play in setting you up for success in working with primary sources.

In this session, you will:

  • Learn how to analyze citations to locate possible sources and,
  • Learn how to search for primary sources in library catalogs and other search tools
