Public Access Guidelines for Federally Funded Research Online

New public access policies now require researchers funded by federal grants to deposit their accepted manuscripts into approved online repositories. This requirement has surfaced many challenges for researchers at NYU. This workshop will review the context of federal funder public access mandates, summarize main points affecting researchers’ journal article publications, and lay out strategies for meeting the requirements without added cost to the researcher.

This workshop will be taught by Margaret Smith and Maria Mejia.

NYU Libraries is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities. If you have an accommodation request, please email open.knowledge@nyu.edu. Additionally, masks are always welcome on NYU's campuses and facilities.
