Join Whitney Hawkins, from the Office of Student Success, to learn about how a combination of embedded data and auto-generated email actions has made Qualtrics surveys  feel as personal as possible, from the invitations to the follow-up emails. She will discuss how making extensive use of embedded data has allowed the Office of Student Success to minimize questions asked, personalize the survey experience, and, in combination with email actions, create custom responses to both students and staff. Whitney will also discuss how using a data tool like Tableau allowed us to turn around custom, detailed reports within days of the survey closing.
