Dibner Library has many reservable rooms available for use by NYU students. Rooms are available for reservations during library open hours.

How To Reserve

• Select your preferred date and start time.
• Adjust the reservation end time using the dropdown tool at the bottom of the page (below the availability grid).
• To submit your reservation you’ll be asked to log in with your NYU NetID.
• You will receive an email confirmation. 

Sensory Friendly Pods

Available to all NYU Students. Reservable spaces for individual work on the 4th Floor of Dibner Library, behind the circulation desk to the left of classroom 433.

• NYU students can reserve these pods for 3 hours at a time, per day.
• Pods may be reserved up to 14 days in advance.

Noise Level: Pods are soundproof and good for any work or study that requires speaking out loud (language learning, interviews, etc.)

Study Pod Policies

Study spaces are a popular service. To help this work well for all students, please adhere to the following policies:

• Pods cannot be reserved or held by placing personal belongings in them. Materials and personal items left unattended may be removed by library staff.
• Bring your confirmation email with you. Students with a reservation always have priority over walk-in users.
• There is a 10 minute grace period for reservations. If the reservation holder is not present within 10 minutes, the reservation is invalid.
