Available to all NYU Students. Reservable spaces for individual work on Lower Level 2 (LL2) of Bobst Library.

• NYU students can reserve these rooms for 3 hours at a time, per day.
• Room may be reserved up to 14 days in advance.

Noise Level: Pods are soundproof and good for any work or study that requires speaking out loud (language learning, inverviews, etc.)

How To Reserve

• Select your preferred date and start time.
• Adjust the reservation end time using the dropdown tool at the bottom of the page (below the availability grid).
• To submit your reservation you’ll be asked to log in with your NYU NetID.
• You will receive an email confirmation.

Can I use a study room without a reservation?

Yes, but keep in mind that you may be asked to leave if a user with a reservation arrives.

Study Pod Policies

Study spaces are a popular service. To help this work well for all students, please adhere to the following policies:

• Pods cannot be reserved or held by placing personal belongings in them. Materials and personal items left unattended may be removed by library staff.
• Bring your confirmation email with you. Students with a reservation always have priority over walk-in users.
• There is a 10 minute grace period for reservations. If the reservation holder is not present within 10 minutes, the reservation is invalid.
